    Brian Williams serves as CEO of Asperion Aerospace, parent company of Frazier Aviation, and as an Operating Partner with Seven Point Equity Partners, an operationally-focused, value-oriented private investment firm partnering Asperion Aerospace to enhance product offerings and manufacturing capabilities. Williams is a highly accomplished Aerospace and Defense industry executive whose decades of experience in the specialty manufacturing sector who has transformed U.S.-focused companies into global providers. Prior to leading Asperion Aerospace, Williams served in multiple executive and advisory roles, including as CEO of Avantus Aerospace and CEO Ascent Aerospace, where he drove acquisition and divestiture strategies across the U.S. and Europe. Williams also led growth initiatives as President of Arrowhead Products, including by supporting the establishment of composite facilities in the Asia-Pacific region.

He brings deep expertise in streamlining financial operations by designing efficient processes and robust internal controls, and has served as CFO across a wide range of manufacturing and industrial companies.

    Matthew Combs is an accomplished sales leader with extensive global experience in military aircraft sustainment who leads Asperion Aerospace's growth across the Europe, Middle East and North Africa (EMENA) region as a Business Development Director. He previously spearheaded European sales initiatives at AllClear, achieving over $20 million annually in revenue growth for the company through strategic global partnerships. Combs has held leadership and customer engagement roles as Director of Business Development at Kellstrom Defense, and Program Manager at Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems, with a focus on creating and developing lasting customer relationships that drive business expansion. Through these roles, Combs has been deeply engaged in operations across the EMENA region. Combs is also a distinguished veteran of the U.S. Air Force, having served for over 20 years as an F-16 Tactical Aircraft Mechanic with a retirement rank of Master Sergeant.

    Richard Potts is Business Development Director for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region at Asperion Aerospace. He brings expert knowledge of international legacy aircraft sustainment—from the provisioning of spares and repairs to heavy maintenance, program management, integrated logistics, and repair management. Potts brings extensive experience in supply chain management for parts compliant with APAC region defense forces and in negotiating high-value international aircraft maintenance and management contracts. His 40+-year career has included leadership positions such as Vice President of OEM Management at AllClear, Vice President and General Manager of Global Distribution at Kellstrom Defense, and at Qantas Defense Services. In addition, Potts served as Chief Operating Officer of Indonesian Defense Services, leading and managing subcontractors across Australia, the UK, Canada, and the US. Potts has nearly two decades of service in the Royal Australian Air Force as a C-130 aircraft technician.

    Dr. Ahmed Metwalli, a global leader in sustainment solutions for the military aircraft aftermarket sector, serves on the Board of Asperion Aerospace. Dr. Metwalli leverages his decades of leadership experience in international operations, business development, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions to further expand and strengthen Asperion Aerospace’s capabilities. He brings wide-ranging executive leadership experience with Lockheed Martin, First Aviation Services, Inc. and Kellstrom Defense. Prior to joining Asperion Aerospace, he served as Vice Chairman and President of Dynatech International, a global defense aftermarket supply chain management company where he played a key role in the company’s transformative growth by forging strategic partnerships, spearheading business development initiatives, and driving mergers and acquisitions. At Dynatech International, Dr. Metwalli oversaw operations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South America. He also held several senior executive roles at Lockheed Martin, where he managed large-scale global initiatives and joint ventures around the world. Dr. Metwalli is bilingual in Arabic and English and converses in German and French.
